The day started with a few minor, but well managed hick-ups that kept the every appreciated support crews on their toes. Car 1 had a flat battery when the teams arrived, but they got it started and the Datsun purred for the rest of the day. For car 2, it was an engine stall during the first sector that hampered an otherwise mechanically clear run for them. But again, the guys got the issue sorted and were on their way again.
When the times were tallied, the results gave both teams something to smile about.
Car 1- Michael and Ross achieved first outright classics - superb result,
Car 2- Dennis and Tim took out the win in Class B.
