When you’re working with a solar company are you communicating with a sales person or the actual person involved in installing your system? Both have different intentions when it comes to the business of doing solar, so be aware of the assurances the company is providing in relation to the work done on the roof of your home. Ask for the Installers’ accreditation number, how many installations they have done, how long they have been in business and how long have they been installing. Sometimes long-term businesses set up a solar arm, however, just because they have been around a while doesn’t mean they are experienced in Solar.
